- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Megan Austin was the Senior Tax Specialist charged with handling the notice of Rejection of Refund claim that I received from the state due to the taxes H&R Block did on my behalf. Megan gave me excuse after excuse while she ignored the claim for months and when the Final Determination from the state arrived she chose to ignore my attempts to contact her as well. All I got from H&R Block's Piece of Mind Guarantee was a garnishment of wages and a lien against my family home.By Stephanie Walsh, September 16, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆H & R Block acted very professional and wanted to get everything done for me by the tax deadline April 15th. I was waiting on a tax form from a third party and did not receive it until April 16th and apparently H & R block or just my CPA does not work after the 15th and does not give notice of this. All I got was a message on my cell phone around 9 at night telling me that I need to go and finish my taxes at another office with no other rep suggested.
