  Wow! Fastest I have ever been able to walk in, grab a ticket, and have my driver's license renewed. There was a nice lady who greeted me when I entered, I waited for less than a minute to get called up. Debbie, assisted me today and was super nice! I would come back here again for help with this. Was in and out in less than 20 min. Awesome!

  Had to transfer an out of state license, but ran into problems with my address. I have a physical address with a p.o. box. The physical address does not accept mail. There is no physical way for it to get here. Every piece of mail I get from my bank, my credit card company or anything will have the p.o. box on it. This office does not accept anything but physical addresses. These idiots just stood their humming and hawing, saying "I don't know" and suggesting the same things over and over again. They were basically beating around the bush that it was actually impossible for me to verify my address and therefore impossible for me to get a CO license.

  Very fast service! One of the employees there helped me at the kiosk, and my number was called immediately. The gal at the counter was super friendly, and I then only had to wait about 7 minutes before my name was called for my ID photo. In total, I spent about 10 minutes there.

  Since we moved from Wyoming state to Colorado, we went to “Colorado Boulder driver license office” to renew our driver license. After I was photographed, the stuff destroyed my old driver license and then also destroyed my GREEN CARD!!! He was so careless and reckless and when I told him about this big mistake, he SMILED (???) and just let us wait and didn’t say anything, no words about “sorry”. We waited for their response for a while and the manager came over and told us: It happened a lot! (excuse me???), and you need pay the green card replace fee and everything and then bring the receipts to us. Same as that pervious stuff, no “Sorry”, no any explanation, no any other statements. And she (Jennifer?) just let us go!!! We never saw this kind of rude person before! So: 1. They destroyed my green card. And every stuff in the “Colorado Boulder driver license” did not say a word of “Sorry”. 2. Office manager (Jennifer) said: You do not need it, it is not a big deal (what?????, does she have any common sense about it?). 3. I need applied for a new green card. And they only pay the applying fee. How about our times? How about our effort? 4. I just graduated from a university and plan to find a job recently. Definitely, I need the card a lot to do my paperwork. Also, we need card to do the bank mortgage, and other things recently. They ruined our plans and they don’t care!!! We are really upset and it seems that our new Colorado life is not as beautiful as it is supposed to be.
