- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Came down to talk to the Environmental Health Department about both septic systems as well as potential mold issues in a property that my buyers were considering to purchase. However, I must say that the lady at the front desk was not polite. She was unapproachable and seemingly pretentious! However, I did get to talk to an inspector and he was very friendly. He took the time to explain how their department strives to get homeowners into properties that are distressed with agreements on mitigation and repairs.
