- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude and condescending. Simply asked for an estimate on a package I want to ship and received nothing but attitude. Three other customers were given service while I was in, all were spoken to like they were imbeciles. Response to the owner comments: You must have me confused with another customer. I interrupted nothing. The previous customer was finishing up as I approached. I was in the store alone for the 3 minutes it took for my quote. 2 others walked in while I was reviewing it. Yes, you "made the time" for a potential customer. Bravo. I am not interested in feeling important, simply do not like being treated like an annoyance followed by distorted accusations. Thank-you for your request that I try another location, I had made that decision before I left the store. If you are going to dispute reviews, get your facts organized.
