- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Recently I took my broken expansion ring in to be fixed. Randy sent it back to the company who originally installed the expansion. It was returned promptly and I was delight to have ring back with it's several combined family diamonds plus my added-on emerald birthstone. Within a week the emerald disappeared. It seemed to me that the installer had loosened the stone while working on it. But they assumed no responsibility as the warranty said nothing about workmanship. Without any fuss, The Ringmaker replaced the emerald and I'm happy to have my beautiful ring back. Thank you.By Margaret E. Cleary, September 16, 2017
