  The people running UPS stores in Boulder are hustlers. I came here after having terrible experience at the first UPS store I went to. I had a quick drop off and asked for a receipt. I do this at least three times a week in my hometown. The rep kept trying to convince me that I can get a receipt online for 10 minutes. I repeatedly said thanks, and I'd like to get a receipt. Eventually he wanted to make me pay for a receipt.(?) Then finally he handed me a receipt for free. Needless to say for as long as I'm staying in Boulder, I will use USPS to do all my shipping. They are cheaper and more respectful.

  Paid $172.28 to ship a bicycle frame. In the parking lot I realized that I was getting ripped off heavily because of services like bikeflights (~$60 to ship). I was standing there looking at the package and the manager told me she couldn't void it because she already closed the day. They didn't do anything wrong and it was totally my goof, just STEER CLEAR if you're trying to ship large packages. EDITED Taking this from 2-star to 1-star. Just talked to a friend and he said he shipped a similar package from CA to NY for $47, also through UPS. Was told that the $172 I paid was "UPS price" by the manager. Never coming back.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, and they know me by name. I have a mailbox here (for 6 months) and the service is great. I get electronic package notifications, and I can call to find out if I have mail which saves trips. Great experience so far.

  Always courteous and helpful, great customer service and quick to get you in and out in a timely manner! No complaints here, glad for this location as I use frequently.
